What are your Carrier Requirements and Setup Process?
We partner with professional carriers who meet the following criteria:
Minimum $200,000 CAD Cargo Insurance coverage.
Valid operating authorities and licenses for all regions of operation.
Ability to maintain 24/7 communication or dispatch availability.
Once your application is submitted, the vetting process depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Carrier setup typically takes 2 hours to 2 business days.
What are your Payment Terms?
Our standard payment term is 45 days from the date your invoice is received.
A Quick Pay option is currently in development.
Payments are processed under a performance-based carrier pay system for reliable partners.
What Type of Freight and Lanes Do You Offer?
We primarily handle refrigerated freight with strong lanes in:
GMA, GTA, and the Maritimes
NJ/VA and East Coast into QC and ON
