Hiring process

Step 1

Complete the pre-screening questionnaire to assess your qualifications. If you meet our base-level requirements, you will receive a link to apply.
Step 3
Follow the link to create a profile in our online recruitment platform and submit your application.
Step 4
Allow time for our recruitment team to review your application. A recruiter will contact you requesting further information within 5-7 business days.
Step 5
A recruiter will set up an interview. These are performed in person at our main office or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
Step 6
After a successful interview, a road test may be conducted by our safety team.
Step 7
A final review of all application components will be conducted by the recruitment team and a decision will be made and communicated to you.
Step 8
If a positive decision is made, a start date will be negotiated with you.
