Carl Chapman, Vice President of Finance, manages the financial operations and He analyzes financial trends, optimize cash flow, and support decision-making within the Board & Management Team. His role requires understanding of the transportation sector’s challenges, such as fuel prices, logistics costs, and regulatory changes. Strong collaborative thinking, communication skills and leadership are key.

Mike Schut, Vice President of Central Operations, brings 25 years of dedicated service to the company. He leads Blueprinting, SOP development, implementation, social media, web presence, and all corporate communications. Having held multiple roles throughout his career, Mike exemplifies the company’s core values, consistently driving excellence and innovation across operations while fostering a strong, values-based organizational culture.

Dorman Leggo serves as the Vice President of Logistics at Bulk Carriers, utilizing regional and long-haul assets along with a broad network of carrier and vendor partners to coordinate efficient end-to-end transportation for all customers across North America. With 25 years of experience, including 18 years at Bulk, he has been a vital contributor to our growth and business development. Dorman is dedicated to leveraging his knowledge and experience to mentor future leaders within the Operations team.

Bethany Broderick serves as Vice President of People and Culture at Bulk Carriers, leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture. With extensive experience in human resources, and organizational development, her leadership has been vital to Bulk Carriers' growth and success. Bethany is dedicated to supporting the company's strategic goals by fostering a people-first workplace and driving continuous improvement.
